In the outstanding house “Achievement” will be installed 20 high-speed elevators KOYO, overcoming 2.5 meters per second. In the highest entrances – No. 3 and No. 4 – the way from the first floor to the 28th without stopping will take 38 seconds. In order to speed up the disembarkation of passengers, we have added the function of pre-opening the internal doors of the elevator, which begin to move a little earlier than the external ones – quickly and safely.

You can call the freight elevator with a separate button – this is convenient if you make repairs or return home with a stroller. The internal surfaces of the cabins will undergo special treatment so that there are no traces of fingers on the walls. And the strength and reliability will provide a floor of porcelain stoneware – exactly the same as in the halls of the house.

KOYO Elevator pays special attention to the safety of passengers. In the event of a sudden power outage, we have provided a premium option for the “Achievements” elevators – bringing to the nearest floor, so you will not be able to get stuck in the cabin – you will definitely reach the site and be able to get out. The service life of such elevators is at least 25 years.
